2017 Save The Children Parade

Creative crafting skills were once again tested to the full as an enthusiastic core of Wimborne in Bloom volunteers braved the near zero cold to decorate a float for the annual Wimborne Save The Children Parade.

This year's theme for the float was '25 Years of Wimborne in Bloom'. Two hours and several dozen cable ties later, and all with numb fingers and thumbs, another decorative foliage adorned masterpiece was ready to take its place within the parade.
