2026 Open Gardens Day - Sunday 28th June
The gardens taking part in the Summer Open Gardens Day, on Sunday 28th June 2026, will be open from 11am to 5pm. You can start at any garden, there is no set order for how you visit the gardens.
Tickets: Entry cost is £10.00 per person (children free), pay at the first garden you visit, cash payment only. All monies raised go towards the floral displays around the town.
Garden Locations: The map below shows the locations of the gardens taking part in this year's Open Gardens Day. For a larger copy of this map click here. Note: Event tickets, obtainable at the first garden you visit, include a copy of the map.
After an unusually dry summer last year rain took prominence over the winter months, causing more than a few challenges for Garden No.11, which at one stage looked as though it might be completely washed away. When you visit this garden, admire the engineering work as well as the flowers!
